Was looking for a "light" breakfast on the way to the airport and ABC Bakery was conveniently on the way for me and my coworker. When we arrived at 10AM on a Friday, there was a relatively long line which was a good sign because it seems like this is definitely a spot that locals frequent. We immediately noticed that multiple people were leaving the shop with BBQ pork buns by the box so we knew we were in for a treat if people are buying items in such large quantities. The beauty of this place is that you're not subjugated to committing to a full 3 or 4 piece order of dim sum. You could actually order by the piece and get exactly what you want. The line also moves pretty fast and the staff were all super nice and patient. They accept card and cash so no need to panic if you roll up without cash on hand! I ordered the Siu Mai, Har Gow, BBQ Pork Bun, and even tried out their mochis! Everything was super fresh, huge portions, and delicious! Was super full after eating my Siu Mai and Har Gow but the BBQ Pork Buns were so warm that I couldn't help myself from eating it all on the spot before we even left the parking lot. No regrets whatsoever! I would definitely come back the next time I come up to Sacramento for work and make more space in my luggage so I could get a giant box of buns to bring home. A must visit if you're looking for a quick fix (:

Came here on a Sunday morning with a line of about a dozen people in front of me that moved quickly. The place is small but decent run of options for takeout dim sum. The har gow and siu mai we solid, and very meaty with good flavor. The spongecake was slightly fluffy and reminded me of my childhood. The shrimp and beef rice noodles were solid as well. prices are slightly less than what you would pay for sitdown, dim sum, but good place for a quick snack.

When I arrived, there was a short line inside the shop, but it moved quickly as there were many ladies working around the store. They sell a variety of breads and dim sum, as well as mooncakes. The price is quite affordable. If you have a big party, it's worth getting a dozen of their items. Be aware that they only accept cash and debit cards, not credit cards. The plaza has plenty of parking, and their shop is located near the I5 Florin Road East exit.
